BBC basic coverage for today
I keep finding some way to get away from it, but the second I get back online there it is again. I keep forgetting that it might be over for me, but it's so far from over for anybody else. I feel guilty for finding distractions, and all I really want to do is sit in front of the news all day, but I just can't do that to myself.

I know exactly how you feel...I see the whole world going around me doing exactly what they do everyday, as if no bombs are falling , no fires are burning , no people are dying and no children are suffering....I am also trying to go on with my life and do and say all the things I'm supposed to say and do ,but it is always on my mind ...I suppose life has to go on whether we like it or not!!!! R.
